‘You’, ‘Student’ and ‘Trainee’ refers to the purchaser of CPD and/or Certification courses
‘We’, ‘Us’ and ‘HSOH’ refer to the Hampshire School of Hypnotherapy and the legal owners of this website.
Terms & Conditions
- You agree to use this site for its intended purpose. You may not use this site or any part of it for commercial purposes.
- You may not download or obtain any part of the courses unless otherwise stated.
- You may not share or distribute any downloaded material to other parties.
- All logos used and distributed to students are copyrighted and should only be used as instructed and with permission and only on completion of specified courses.
- All videos and images are copyrighted and may not be downloaded or shared for any purpose.
- You may not give or loan your account access to other parties.
- We reserve the right to terminate all access to your courses and delete your account without notice if you share your logon details to other parties.
- All CPD courses must be completed in 30 days. After this time you will need to repurchase the course to regain access.
- All Certification courses must be completed in 180 days. After this you will need to repurchase the course to regain access.
- No discounts are offered in repurchasing courses.
- All courses are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to remove or change any courses at any time.
- We reserve the right to refuse access to any courses if we believe it is in the best interests of the site, the HSOH or the trainees.
